Hi Tom,
Don't expire just yet.
If you have a large dinning table  or the like, just lay stickers down with 
the action upright. Then use your damper head or bread tie to hold the first 
one in place. Gently moving the stickers into the proper position and sort 
of pushing the rail on as you go 5 to 15 minutes depending on how close the 
bridal straps are regulated.
