[pianotech] How sharp

Interesting.  Usually that's the case in Nebraska, but our summer was so 
mild and not very humid. The pianos didn't really go much more than 15-20 
cents sharp. Winter will be another story when there's nearly 0 humidity 
for several months!

I don't record how sharp each piano is but I'd guess probably 40 cents on 
the average. I'm in New Jersey and this the worst year for being sharp 
I've seen in 25 years.
