Nice looking site, James. One question: do you find that mixing your two different (although somewhat related) businesses is beneficial to one or both? I've always tried to separate my piano service and performance sites because I didn't want to confuse potential customers or appear less than committed to one business but I wonder if you've found that there's some synergy there for the two. Talk to Tremaine Parsons. It's really cheap and will give lots more people access to your services. I find lots of people contact me because I have a website (and also because of the PTG site). It's a far better investment than yellow page ads. Check mine out at dstahlpiano.net. I don't sell anything, just try to educate customers and give them a way to contact me. I offer the standard tuning and repair services, no refinishing, sales, or moving, and am in a semi-rural area with a smallish population 60 miles from the state capitol, Sacramento.
