[pianotech] NuckLJac

Hello,

It is a device/jig that is set onto the jack top and used to align jack to knuckle cores. I have one and just used it and it is very fast. However, I am not sure it is good for really fine regulation if knuck cores are worn. It is a good preliminary device and if you don't like the feel or result after then some eyeball and feel should be used?? For me the jury is out. I am going to use it again in another week to see what I think. There is a video on youtube if you want to see it used.

If you do use it...let me know what you think. Or anyone else for that matter.

Greetings,

On page 17 of the PTG 2009 directory, in the upper RH corner there's a small picture ad of a NuckLJac.

What is that? ... an alignment tool?
