I'll try:

 

"every sin I lived" = I've done it all...or at least the bad stuff ( and I think he told her about it?)

 

Oh that love would mess with me perhaps means his mind is mentally torn up over the fact that he and the neighbors know she is cheating on him.

 

I'll assure him I'm gonna have him, I'm gonna break it is  two thoughts:  I'm gonna get the one she is cheating with and when I do I'm gonna break his neck....

 

I think No and Fancy are just some words he is singing unless the girl's name Or nickname is fancy then he is singing to her.

this is definitely not related to pianos, but to music. There is a song called Who You Got To Love, performed by McGuiness Flint in 1971. I would like to play it with my band, but I can´t understand exactly what they are singing. Some words or sentences are clear, some are not. Unfortunately this song is not on Youtube or elsewhere and due to copyright reasons I can´t publish it by myself and send a link. Perhaps some of you know that song? Even if not, here are the lyrics as I understand them. Perhaps the parts in question are clear for an English speaker. Feel free to round it out.
