[pianotech] Spontaneous String Breakage

One of 'the other' reasons why strings break is because they are worn  
and the action needs a proper regulation.
String breaking happens all the time in music schools and  
conservatories/universities.
It is because the instruments get 'played' on all day long and there  
is usually no money for proper maintenance.
A hammer change with nice hammers will do wonders.
