Oh yes Ron! The spring bushing clamps! An early purchase of mine that I've
never used!  What was the false beat suppressor, and how was it supposed
to work? I always looked at the string stretcher, rather doubtfully, in
the catalogue, but never bought one.

Mike, what a theoretically nifty yet simultaneously horrible idea the
flange shields sound. I'm happy to say I never bought a key bushing
tightener, though it's the kind of thing I might well have fallen for when
I started out. Reblitz even shows its use.

A little bottle of "Key White" liquid, I recall as another waste of money.
