Steve Brady's book looks fascinating. I'd love to buy a copy, but Byzantium Books seem to require me to live in the USA or Canada in order to complete the purchase. I could get my Aunt in Redding CA to order it for me I guess, but does anyone know if there is anohter way to get it?
