[pianotech] business purchase ??

I am considering the purchase of a business/list of a local  
technician. I'm noticing a variety of opinions about these  
transactions and no standard approach to them. Considering the privacy  
of the seller, I'd like to hear privately from anyone with experience  
and advice in buying/selling a technician business that might help  
sort out the proposed sale agreement.
