[pianotech] Determining Balance Weight

Thank you David,

That is a lot of help. I just did not know where to start.
I tried one action with trying to get the BW around the 38 range,  
played with friction and got it in the ballpark but I had the hardest  
time. I knew that there was a better way to go through this.
