Good instructions for installation. Have successfully installed many of these in old (non-asian) pianos which did not have the slow dfall mechanisms. Hello List, Is there any device that would lock the fallboard in open position on a grand piano. I have a client with 2 year old twins. They want the kids able to play the keys, but they are afraid of the fall board slamming down on their fingers.
