Value of a Kawai UST 5?

I inherited a Kawai UST 5 from one of the moving companies in town.  It was in Dreadful condition and needed, new keytops, casters, hammer shaping, regulating and lots of finish touch up.  My wife has some finishing skills, so we decided to just refinish the thing.  If for no other reason but to give her some experience with piano refinishing.  I know even in good condition its not worth much.  I just don't know what a good asking price would be.  The original finish was a black satin and we refinished it with black lacquer.  People just can't get enough of black lacquer piano finishes around here these days.  So black lacquer it is!  Any thoughts?
