Carbon fiber durability

I too was not particularly impressed, but that was entirely due to the
presentation. So I waited 'til later in the week, when things were  slower,
and (with Steve's permission) went over to some real pianos to try it out.
The tip wasn't a very good fit for the pins though, so I still wasn't sure.
I finally bought one a year ago, and am quite satisfied with it. Finding the
right tip for any given piano seems to be an ongoing process for me; I
change them often.Patrick Draine
