grand hinge to rim screws stripped

I had a piano in a club that was being constantly moved about and the 
case was split out at the hinge screws. They didn't want to pay for 
plugging and were fine with replacing the screws with a decorative 
washer around flat head bolts and nuts. It isn't as pretty but not that 
bad either and more permanent in abusive situations.
