Just a suggestion with these chipped keys while routing. After chipping many key tops I have reverted to repositioning the sharp tops which takes lot less time than setting up a router and chipping tops!! A lot of the USA pianos have very short white keys and a big space behind the sharp. By putting on a standard length top and reglueing the sharp a more normal looking key is the result.
