What you find in a tuner's house

Highly Esteemed Colleagues:  When cleaning out my mother's house (she is 
moving in with me), I was boxing up my dad's cookbooks.  Of which he had 
many (dad was a PTG member, played trumpet in NYC in the 30's and 40's, and 
was a gourmet cook).  I found this in the cupboard, along with MANY others. 
I thought somebody out there might like to see this.
    Has anyone ever seen one like this?
