Greetings,

Dont forget to check: sometimes a bass strings's windings (or rather
the unwinding of) can cause buzzing. Sometimes its hard and sometimes easier
to locate. I have already alleviated buzzing by merely tightening lid brackets
inside the rim. It is best to have mutes handy, so you can go searching while
muting, if you need to. Two people make the job easier, especially on a large
piano; one plays the key while the other hunts.
