Swiveling damper problem

C/A glue will work OK, but there is a tendency for it to make click noises after a while.

Swedging the wire as David said is a good idea, and usually works. Beyond that comes plug and redrill.

  Subject: Swiveling damper problem

  Greetings again list,

Joe was so helpful with my glue applicator problem that I thought I would ask you all another question

I have a piano that where the wire goes into the damper head on a grand is loose. I have been lead to believe that CA glue will not work on metal and that is why CA glue works on tuning pins in the pin block.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I might make this fit tighter, so the damper does not swivel on the wire.

  Thanks,

  William
