Tool Kit for Liquids

I put a piece of Velcro on the bottom of the bottle and corresponding piece
on the tool box floor. It holds the bottle in place and upright.

I am wondering where I could find a suitable kit for my glues and liquids,
i.e., straps inside to hold the bottles upright.
