Bechstein B hammer rake / more thoughts

When you have to fudge, you have to fudge and things like clearance under
the stretcher don't figure into bore/rake combinations and optimizing these
types of calculations.  

No disdain for learning curves intended.  Not this time or any other time
for that matter.  I consider myself forever on one.
