ivory keytops

Michael,

We emailed awhile back about replacing the complete set of ivories on one of Stanford's Steinway Ds...Can you give me my options?   In other words one piece ivory, fronts only matching as best you can, 2 piece ivory etc.   Also how do I get the set to you?
