CA Glue for pin blocks

If you did the rebuild, I would think reaming, and oversize pins should be the way to correct the problem.

The torque is acceptable on many/most of the tuning pins, but is too low on several.  The low-torque pins are not so loose as to not hold (at least, not yet), but make it harder to tune accurately and, especially, to get into a good groove as one moves along from string to string. 

 
 
So the question is: Should I use CA on the looser pins, even though this is an otherwise healthy, new block (I'm guessing some drilling discrepancies are the culprit), or would CA now present problems when we restring again (on this same block) down the road?
