Matthew - The real answer would be: what are the key pin sizes you are about to rebush for? At some point, if you're going to do this work, you'll have to jump in a little deeper than you think you have to, at the particular moment. Most modern front rail pins are around .147" or .146", balance pins either .147" or .160 - .162", but you would first need to decide what system of key bushing (Bushmaster + single caul vs. Spurlock double caul) you're more comfortable with. Unless you know someone who has the tools and would be willing to allow you to experiment, you'll gather information and advice, but ultimately need to take the leap. Over the long term, you'll use whatever you buy, even if it just populates your tool museum. I've used both, but am currently using Spurlock, with many sizes. Go crazy. It's only money.
