A lot of it will be tar on the outside. Wipe with terry-cloth and diluted Superclean(TM), then quickly dry with paper towels. Wear gloves, goggles and mask. Stronger solution, more will be removed, but also risk of damaging finish. If finish damaged, wipe with Minwax oil-based stain, wipe off excess, let dry. Also spray top-coat of lacquer, after thoroughly dry, if desired. Also thoroughly clean keys. After that, tent piano in ozone, but not in house, or burn and buy another.
