At the past two PTG conventions (NEECSO regional in Nashua NH and "the big one" in Anaheim) I very briefly perused a "new" basic piano technology textbook (lots of photos). Don't recall the name of the title or author, but the author is German; thankfully the book is in English. PianoTek Supply had copies at the conventions.Ring a bell? Can you provide the details I forgot to take note of? Is a review in the PTJournal imminent? As I recall, it was expensive, but not ludicrously so (considering the US $ has shrunk 40% against the euro in the past 7 years).
