Harrisburg, PA--about two hours WNW of Wilmington:

I believe $15 per half hour lesson is about average here.  At the  
extremes, I know of one who charges $5, and, at the other end, one  
who charges $33.   Toonings go for about $75, tunings $85 to $120.

Wilmington is on the Boston-Washington corridor, i.e. denser in  
population and more "fast lane", so I imagine prices might be at  
least $10 higher.
