Glued back action flange

To glue in one damper flange of the type which are glued
horizontally to the rail,  insert a piece of sponge cut a little
thicker than the gap above the flange and wide enough to
cover about four flanges.  Then put a little glue on the rail
and manipulate the flange into place.  The sponge will hold
it until the glue is dry.  Leave the sponge in there,  its too
difficult to remove.
