People who like facts will find many of interest on the phenomenon known as absolute or perfect pitch at http://perfectpitch.ucsf.edu/
There is also a test you can take to determine if you have this ability.

There was a good discussion of this topic and study on CAUT about a year ago.  Several members took the test, and also reported on their lifetime experience, including the gradual loss of the ability in middle age.

There were also various reports of extreme accuracy in perception of A at 440 hz.
