Pianist at a church complained about the Hyundai 4'6"ish grand swaying as she plays, admitting she's a pretty heavy player. It has its original casters-tiny, in large round caster cups, sitting on a carpet-covered V made of 1x6. The legs were firmly attached, no opportunity for tightening. Is this characteristic, and something she must live with, or can something be done? I tried adjusting the footprint of the legs in the cups and on the carpeted surface (reluctant to do much), and it didn't change anything.
