Hi Tom: When we lived in Upper Michigan, I had a customer with a Sojin grand he had bought from a recording engineer. They both feel (and I agreed) that this was quite a good instrument, good sound, easy to tune and seemed fine. I know this goes against most opinions, but thats the way we saw it. It was a lot of piano for the money. I tuned one other in a church many times and felt the same way about that piano. My thought would be your figure of $4 to 4.5K is accurate.
