David: I have had two pianos rebuilt and refinished by SAMA. This did not include action work, which I did. I was very pleased with their work. My only caveat is that their shipper will only pick up from a commercial site, i.e., one that is accessible by an 18 wheeler semi, so if you work out of a home shop such as I do you will need to make arrangements to have the piano moved to some such site.
