Thickness Planer - Conventional Knives or Spiral Cutter

I am in the market for purchasing a new thickness planer. I've only had experience on an undersized hobbiest-type 2-blade planer. I am looking at the Grizzley 20-inch four-bladed planer http://www.grizzly.com/products/G0454 and the Grizzley 20-inch planer with a spiral cutterhead http://www.grizzly.com/products/G1033X.

I have no experience with either spiral cutterheads or a large production-oriented knife-bladed planer. 

Anyone care to comment of spiral VS. blades?
