With the VT, you can have 2:1 50%, 4:2 50% on a sample point; that 
puts it in between.
Or you could give more strength to one partial with a 60/40 ratio. 
It'll even split it 3 ways
between a 4:2 20%, 4:1 40%, 3:1 40%.

And I think you can target an individual partial in Fine mode.

Rick, if you can get to KC, you can try them all.
