Leasing used pianos

What is the contingency plan for when the payment stops?
Do you have to split the court costs with the dealer to extricate the piano?

Leasing pianos to home-owners is tentative and the only way to make money
is NOT to fix them properly, meaning no regulation.

What will be the monthly rental fee as opposed to outright buying this
low-level PSO?  In a years's time, would the renter have paid $800 for
a $500 piano?

It's not a position I'd want to be in.
