First thing Gordon is that you have to get away from these low-end pianos and make more money to be able to attend conventions. In KC, Dave Swartz gave a very enlightening class on odor removal. It sounds like you will need something more potent than run-of-the-mill products available in stores. Dave recommends products from this company: www.unsmoke.com They do not sell direct but will link to a distributor in your area. Looking over Dave's class hand-out, it looks like you'll need: Urinse Pre-Spotter, Un-Duz-It or Space Spray. The products are not cheap but monstrously effective and a little goes a long way.
