Defending your tuning

I agree 100% with the above. It's a long shot to make that client  
happy---really.
Do you need that kind of pain? I don't.
My tunings satisfy all my clients, which include some amazing and  
demanding players. As important, they satisfy me.
I will not leave a piano sounding bad to me; I just refuse to do it,  
so I would respectfully fire that client by passing them on to  
somebody who doesn't mind.
