I'm not "blaming" anyone (although selling poor quality, regardless of the price, seems a dangerous business philosophy in a profession that depends so much on tools), I'm just asking for the sources of the quality tools you say are available. Paying $20 for a handle-less screwdriver doesn't seem particularly "cheap" to me but my complaint is not about prices, it's about the quality.
