Don't be so quick to blame the supply houses for quality when they are desperately competing for your price-conscious business. It's market driven, if budget-minded techs only want cheap tools... you can be frugal to a fault. And don't blame Walmart or Costco when it's the consumer who will not buy the product made by high-paid US labor union workers. You get what you ask for.
