Excessive keydip, yet not enough aftertouch!
Bobbling hammers throughout the piano, except for the high treble
Spongy feel, as if the felt punchings were really spongy, yet the keys were
not even contacting the punchings.
Key/action movement felt blocked about halfway through keystroke.

Checked key height, seemed excessive at around 65mm, but in the end it

okay
Key dip was okay.
Clearance in all possible affecting rails(damper stop, sticker, and jack stop
rails)

Clue: This problem is probably unique to this particular type of piano.
