I've always had mine printed locally, my own design with my logo. I do a
3 part (white, yellow, pink) invoice on ncr paper, no carbon required.
It allows me to take one copy to the office and leave them with two, one
to keep and one to send back with payment. They don't cost too much and
they look pretty custom and professional. Many printers can also put a
sequential invoice number on them if you want.

I'd like that too...Seems to me you could take a sheet to your local
printer and have it printed up with your business name on it, but I
suppose the Home Office would frown on that? Good question for them
though...

I also use the forms from PTG, but I'm getting tired of stamping my name
on every form. Has anybody asked if, for a large enough order, they'd
be willing to print your name/addres/phone on the invoice forms?

I print whatever invoices I'm taking at my office. I do have a pad
from the home office which is nice. You stamp your name at the top...

Greetings, all,

I'm about to update my billing forms. Some in the past have posted
files of their favorites, but I've had trouble searching the archives.
If you have one you'd like to share, please send it privately. Thanks
much.
