I'd like that too...Seems to me you could take a sheet to your local printer and have it printed up with your business name on it, but I suppose the Home Office would frown on that?   Good question for them though...

I also use the forms from PTG, but I'm getting tired of stamping my name on every form..  Has anybody asked if, for a large enough order, they'd be willing to print your name/addres/phone on the invoice forms?

I print whatever invoices I'm taking at my office.   I do have a pad from the home office which is nice.   You stamp your name at the top...
