advice needed on New Octave Corporation

Claudiu,

I don't know anything about New Octave Corporation, except I saw on Google 
that it is listed as a participant on the Better Business Bureau.

Are you just replacing the tuning pins because they are loose, or are you 
restringing also?  If you aren't restringing, have you tried applying CA 
glue (super glue--you know, the stuff that can glue your fingers together) 
at the tuning pins where they enter the pinblock?  It would be a lot easier 
than doing a repinning job--especially on those bass strings...
