advice needed on New Octave Corporation

Dear all,

I try for the first time to buy piano parts over Internet from Romania (where
you can't find new parts). My guess is 'New Octave Corporation' is trusty (both
in quality and prices), but I feel like asking the ones with experience.

I also need for the first time to change the tuning pins in an upright (a
beginer, uh?), because the tuning stability is down almost completely. The
originals are 6.7 mm diameter. The pin block is intact, though. What larger
diameter should I order? Please advice me.
