I agree that 442 is stupid (IMO) but there are "some" people who can tell the difference. Even without a "meter"! When I have to do that, I get paid for a pitch raise up (twice) and a 'lowering' job afterwards (twice). But I still HATE to have to do it! It destabilizes the instrument! Especially the instruments I deal with every day!
