My thanks to you as well, Joel. I wonder if the fact that Senate 
committees are squashing this, which it seems would not cost the people 
at large anything, perhaps means that some insurance companies don't 
like the idea of a lot of people teaming up to pay them less. I guess 
that's understandable from a purely mercenary perspective. On the other 
hand, we're a bunch of motivated, self-employed self-starters, with 
every reason to maintain our health and cost the insurer as little as 
possible, in an industry that must be low on the health risk hierarchy. 
Seems like we'd be a relatively low-cost set of insureds.

I agree - it's time to make our desires known to our representatives, 
and to discover what the holdup has been.
