Accu-just System

Hi Ron,

I am restringing a Baldwin R. I do have the Baldwin Technical specs on 
Downbearing. The restringing procedure mentions setting down bearing. This 
is where I would like to know what tool is best to raise or lower the 
strings according to the specs.
