Wrong... John Wanamaker was a large department store in center city Phila - 
became a chain NYC/Philly. (about 9 blocks from the Schomacker store 
address she quoted)

The only Schomacker pianos I've seen were in the Philly area, and they 
seemed to be fairly well built instruments.
