Schimmel question

Don't see many of these, but every time I do, I have the same question..

How do you tell what model(Grand) it is? There is no indication on the 
plate that I can see, and the serial# isn't telling me anything other 
than what  the serial# is.

Is it listed somewhere else other than the plate?
