What do you think could be causing the vibrating sound in the one key? The technician put a sponge wedge in by the string to absorb some of the vibrating noise. It is working as a temporary fix. Although someone mentioned rusty strings. I do have a few strings in the treble end that have a small amount of rust. I asked him about that and he didn't seem to think they needed replaced. What do you think? I am pretty sure these are the original strings, from 1890. So far you and Mr Goss have recommended the CA glue. So I am going to ask my technician about his knowledge of CA glue and show him Mr Goss's email. Mr Goss broke it down step by step on how to apply it. It sounds simple.
