Because Ron is not building his own rims ?  Last I heard he was still 
ordering these from Samick.  Buying a rim press is prooooooaaabbbbly a 
bit expensive I would think.

I'm a bit curious as to the reason for the little open wedge at the top 
(treble) side of da fish.
